1969	Graduates from Chelsea College of Art, London, with First Class Honors Degree, Diploma in Art and Design. Her special interest is Surrealism. The late Sir Roland Penrose, the President of the Institute of Contemporary Art, becomes her patron. Exhibits in “Young and Fantastic” at ICA London, summer 1969.
1971	Set-design, acting and art direction with the all-woman theater group, “Holocaust.”
1971	Solo Art Exhibit at Angela Flower’s Gallery, London.
1971	Art direction, costume design for Picasso’s play “The Four Little Girls.”
1971-3	Major performing role and art direction for the movie “The Other Side Of The Underneath.”
1971	Penny Slinger’s book “50%--The Visible Woman”- collages and overlaid poetry - published.
1972-4	Part-time teacher to graduate art students.
1973	Solo exhibit “Opening,” Angela Flowers Gallery.
1973	“Achievement in Art” grant, Cassandra Foundation, Illinois. Exhibits San Paolo Bienal, Brazil.
1974	Exhibits at Nicholas Treadwell Gallery, London, England. Acts in video documentary “Vibration.”
1977	Publication of Penny Slinger’s “An Exorcism,”—a book of surreal photo-collage, with introduction by Sir Roland Penrose.
1977	“The Book of Matan” published with Penny’s color collages.
1977	Solo exhibit “Inner Space,” Patrick Seale Gallery, London. Solo exhibit “Secrets,” Mirandy Gallery, London.
1978	Exhibits in “Transformaction,” Angela Flower’s Gallery, London, and in “Surrealism & Company In This Decade,” Camden Arts Center. Group exhibit “Metamorphosis,” University of Cambridge, England.
1978	Publication of “Mountain Ecstasy” (with Nik Douglas)—book of full color collages and poetry, inspired by travels to the Far East.
1977-9	Publication of “The Secret Dakini Oracle” divination card deck, book and charts- co-written with Nik Douglas and featuring Penny’s original artwork.
1979	Publication of “Sexual Secrets: The Alchemy of Ecstasy”(with Nik Douglas), including more than 600 line drawings by Ms. Slinger.
1980	Illustrations for “The Enlightened Ones in Sacred Buddhist Art” by Nik Douglas, published by Kreitman Gallery.
1981	Publication of “The Pillow Book” with Nik Douglas.
1982	Solo retrospective exhibition “Visions of Ecstasy” at the Visionary Gallery, New York. Exhibited at Abraham Rattner Memorial Studio, Sag Harbor, Neikurg Photographica Gallery, New York, the “Floating Foundation of Photography,” New York, and Jacques Baruch Gallery, Chicago.

1985	Exhibits in and co-arranges “From Anguilla,” first group exhibit of art from the island of Anguilla, in St. Martin and Nevis, West Indies.

1989	Commissioned to paint the “Historical Murals” series for Wallblake Airport, Anguilla.
1989	Publication of “ The Erotic Sentiment in the Paintings of India and Nepal” (with Nik Douglas), Inner Traditions.

1993-94	Completes 70-minute video entitled “Visions of the Arawaks,” edited at National Video Industries, New York. Distributed by Mystic Fire Video, New York.
1994	Appears in “Ancient Secrets of Sexual Ecstasy for Modern Lovers”—Higher Love video.
1994	Publication of the series of paintings in Tantra Magazine #9 dedicated to, “Kali—Mother of the Universe.”
1994	Commences work on video project “Kuan Yin—The Goddess Dances.”
1995	Co-founder, with Dr Christopher Hills, of Sanctuary of Light Multi-Media Studio, California.
1995	Creates 30 computer graphics labels for Light Force Company. Directs 2 videos for presentation at Light Force National Convention.
1995-96	Art directs and designs new catalog for Light Force Company. Art direction of The Enlightener magazine.
1996	Directs new promotional video for Light Force, entitled “Radiant Health.” Commences production of video, “Enter The Goddess.”
1997	Grand opening of Goddess Center in Boulder Creek, California during Summer Solstice. Expansion of Goddess theme, Multi-media and video projects.
1998	Forms Goddess Frequency Band—A musical group featuring Penny’s channeled messages from the Goddess.
1998	Presents “Goddess Temple Summer Solstice” ceremonial performance art event.
1999	Produces and directs “Goddess Awakening”—multi-media event- in Santa Cruz, California. The production, with a cast of 26 performers, features dance, ritual, performance art, 3-screen video and live musicians accompanying Penny’s Goddess transmissions.
1999	Produces, directs and performs in “Gathering of the Goddesses,” a Solstice event for women featuring healing circles and sacred performance arts.
1999-00	Goddess Frequency Band performs at Burning Man Festival.
2000	Release of new edition of “Sexual Secrets-The Alchemy of Ecstasy,” featuring hand-colored images by the artist.
2000	Release of “Dance of the Cosmos,” a video journey featuring sacred geometry, the elements and the Goddess. Produced and directed by Penny (with Jonathan Quintin).
2001	Paints “Black Madonna” and exhibits her at Matthew Fox’s “Black Madonna Techno Mass,” San Francisco.
2001	Presents, produces and performs in “Elemental Solstice,” a three day multimedia event at the Goddess Temple.
2001-2	VJ (with Dhiren Dasu) at events including “Sea of Dreams” New Year’s party, San Francisco, and Health and Harmony Fair, Santa Rosa.
2002	Video, with Dhiren Dasu, for “Spiritual Travel” by Sanskara Dub for “Visitation,” DVD compilation by Ceiba records.
2003	Releases DVD, “Goddess Juice”—a multi-layered video experience with original music in 5.1 surround, and introducing the 1^st Dakinis from the forthcoming “64 Dakini Cyber Oracle.”
2003	Release of “Tantric Dakini Oracle,” Inner Traditions publishing.
2004-2009	Created Dakini collages and video shoots for the 64 Dakini Oracle and other video projects.
